Thanks to the large voter turnout for the 2019 Rocky Ripple Town Council election. The newly elected Rocky Ripple Town Council (serving 01-Jan-2020 through 31-Dec-2024) includes the following individuals:

Thank you to all candidates that ran for office. It is because we have people willing to step up that we are able to maintain this small vibrant town of ours. Shout out also to Tamara Carr and crew that ran the Rocky Ripple quick and efficient polling location for this year’s election.
Mike Massonne, DPW Project Leader, will attend the next Rocky Ripple Town Board meeting on Tuesday 10-Sep-2019 to provide status updates on and answer questions about the Westfield floodwall and Rocky Ripple floodwall projects. (7:30 pm, Rocky Ripple Town Hall)
21-Aug-2019: DPW contractors will be testing the flood panels on both 52nd and 53rd street crossing the canal bridges today between 10am and 3pm. During this timeframe one lane will be closed on the roadway with necessary signs and flaggers in place. Only one bridge crossing will be effected at a time and the work will be completed in a few hours.
Mike Massonne, DPW project manager, will be unable to attend the July 9th Rocky Ripple Town Board meeting (7:30 pm Town Hall) to provide an update and answer questions on the Westfield Blvd. Alignment flood protection project. We will let you know when this has been rescheduled.

Note this is to answer questions about the Westfield floodwall, not the Rocky Ripple floodwall project along the river, which has been approved by the City of Indianapolis as a project and is currently going through the bidding process.
